Overview

Kedar is another name of lord shiva,the protector and the destroyer.Kedarnath is the most elevated and farthest among all jyotirlingas.The temple is nested at an Alt of 3583M in the Himlayas in rudraprayag District of Uttarakhand.it is one among Chardham and is open just for a half year because of extreme climatic conditions. There is no motorable street to Kedarnath and one either needs to travel 18km from Gaurikund or ride a mule to arrive at the temple.The alternate route is through helicopters.

We always stay at here when in town. The location is great, staff is wonderful and we love the overall feel. Beautiful view from the here.

It is a great place to shop not too far from New York. We took the bus from Port Authority and traveled through the countryside to get there.

This is the best tour on the east coast! It was amazing how many places we visited and what great memories we made!
